Genesis Cleaning Services was formed a number of years ago by Rodney Oxbrow, the Operations Manager who, whilst working as an area manager in one of the largest cleaning companies in South Wales, recognised that customers and cleaners alike were not always getting the best deal.

Wanting to set new standards within the industry, he formed Genesis Cleaning, a family run business, covering a 30 mile radius from its base in Pontnewynydd, Pontypool.A company that offers honest quotations, a fair deal service and maintains an incredibly high standard of work, where the cleaners are trained properly, paid a decent rate of pay and excellence is rewarded with bonuses.

At Genesis, they believe that customer service should always be their first priority and they are dedicated to meeting the customer's needs and expectations at all times.
